As a retailer we get asked questions about our products every day, so we thought we'd shed a little on light on some of the more popular subjects that customers ask us about. Do I get any warranty?
Yes, everything we sell has a standard 2 year warranty . In some cases we have extended this to a 3 year warranty. Products sold by manufacturers such as Philips, Toshiba, Aurora etc will be covered by their own warranty so you will need to make any claim through them.
Can you send the item the same day I order?
As you can appreciate we have a time limit subject to our courier services. We promise every customer that if you order before 4pm we WILL send your order the very same day. In some cases (for much larger orders which are subject to stock availability) we may not be able to send it on the same day that the order is made.
Which courier do you use?
Depending on the size of the order and price of contents will with either send it with Royal Mail via a recorded signed for 2nd class or 1st class postage service OR it will be sent via Parcel Force on an Express 24 Hour Delivery service.
How can I track my order?
If your order has been dispatched on a recorded service (signature required for delivery) you will be automatically sent a shipment email confirming the tracking number for your order. You can check either of these repsective websites to track your order by copying and pasting your tracking ID. Do you have any discounts?
As a business we think its very important that we keep new and existing customers interested in our products or services. When making a purchase from our site you will be automatically addedt to our mailing list where you will be sent any offers you may be applicable for. We also have a tiered pricing scheme set up on most of our products, the more you buy, the cheaper the price per item. Check the product page for more details.
Where are you based?
Our main offices are based in Leicester, East Midlands. This is where all the items are dispatched to our customers. You are more than welcome to visit the office at any time if you want to take a look at any of our products before making a purchase. We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash transactions.
Do you ship internationally?
